Osman Rashid

Osman Rashid

He is Based in Silicon Valley and he was the founding CEO of
Chegg, one of the most valuable companies started by a Pakistani American. He is currently the CEO of SOAR STEM Schools, Convo Corp and Founder of Khoj Resorts in Pakistan.
As an Electrical Engineer graduate from the University of Minnesota, Osman is dedicated to enhancing education through technology. He has received numerous awards, including the Ernst & Young California Entrepreneur of the Year.

Amin Hashwani

Amin Hashwani, a businessman, social activist and a poet. Over the years Amin has undertaken initiatives/established social organizations in the fields of education, health, culture, youth development and peace building between nations and societies. The NGOs founded by him operate over 40 schools, 4 vocational training centers, community sports arenas, mental health services, nation wide centres for persons with disabilities for financial inclusion, vocational training, and schooling. He has helped influence policy for a more inclusive society and created opportunities for the under served communities. He has also received an honorary doctorate and Tamgha-e-Imtiaz for the services rendered.

Naeem Zamindar

Naeem Zamindar is a distinguished entrepreneur and investor with over 30 years of experience in technology-driven initiatives. He founded Neem, an embedded finance platform promoting financial wellness for the underbanked. Naeem is a top venture investor in Pakistan, with a successful portfolio including Bakhabar Kissan and Kuunda. His Silicon Valley tenure with Intel Capital highlights his global investment insight. He has held significant roles such as Minister of Investment in Pakistan and CEO of Acumen Fund Pakistan. Naeem is also a recognized thought leader and teaches the Happiness Program, focusing on human potential development.

Mubarik Imam is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in technology, business, and education. She has held key roles, including:
- Head of Growth, Integrity, and Analytics at WhatsApp Inc. (2013-2019): Played a crucial role in growing WhatsApp from 200 million to over 1.8 billion users and was involved in Facebook’s acquisition of WhatsApp.
- Business Development at WhatsApp: Focused on new ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Leadership roles at Bain & Company and the Association for the Development of Pakistan: Co-founded the Association for the Development of Pakistan.

Mir Ibrahim Rehman

Mir Ibrahim Rahman is the CEO and co-founder of Geo TV, Pakistan’s leading television network. At GEO he led the largest advocacy campaign on education reform called Zara Sochiey. Mir Ibrahim has a masters from Harvard Kennedy school where he served on the admission committee and later received the Robert F. Kennedy Award for Excellence in Public Service. He was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. Before GEO he worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in NY.

Bilal Musharaf

Bilal has experience in both education technology and finance with a career that began as an Actuarial Analyst. He has held management roles for Saudi EdTech startup Noon Academy, a Silicon Valley venture backed learning management system called Edmodo, and was part of the founding team of Khan Academy. He has an MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University and a BS in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Rehan Jalil

Rehan Jalil
Board Member
Rehan Jalil is an entrepreneur and investor in Silicon Valley. Currently he is the Founder & CEO of Securiti.AI, a pioneer in enabling safe use of AI & Data.
He was the Founder and CEO of Elastica, which merged with Blue Coat for $280M, and the joint company was later acquired by Symantec for $4.7B.
Previously, he was the Founder and CEO of WiChorus, which was acquired by Tellabs for $180M. He started his career at Sun Microsystems, where he helped in building industry’s earliest GPUs.
He holds an AMP from Harvard Business School, an MSEE from Purdue University and a BSEE from NED University.
